How long does it last?
We use only 925 sterling silver or gold filled chains and charms. The chains can last a lifetime. Accidents happen, and reasons to want them off happen too. Simply cut off with wire cutters at the loop ring and when your ready to have it back on we can put it back on for a repair fee of $15. Book The Repair/Adjustment Appointment.

A few frequently asked questions.
How long does it take?
The process takes 5 minutes. Your appointment will be 15 to allow enough time for you to choose your chain and customize it.
Can I get permanent jewelry for my child?
Anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult. Children must be over the age of 10 and be able to sit completely still.
Can I return my purchase?
All permanent Jewelry sales are final.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no shows will be charged $20.
What if I need an X-Ray or MRI?
Consult your doctor if you will be required to remove your permanent jewelry. All ferrous metal ie stainless steel. If you're not sure test with a magnet at home. If they require you to remove it, cute at the loop ring and store the chain safely and then come to use to have put back on.
Do you host private events?
YES! Lets plan your next event together! Birthday parties, bachelorettes, bridal showers, etc. We can do them in the store or schedule a time to come to you!
To avoid a travel fee please make sure you have at least 10 people buying jewelry or there is a $75 fee.
Is there anyone who should not get Permanent Jewelry?
YES! If you have a pacemaker you should not undergo the welding procedure.
Can I get through airport security?
YES, TSA will not ask you to remove fine jewelry.
